You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. You will need to provide your order number and reason for the return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
